Specifically, we have to:
- deal with all kind of suggestions or complaints raised by the employees and try to solve problems by negotiating with the deans office and the CEOs office.
- control the compliance of actions taken with laws, regulations, trade agreements, and operating agreements in favour of the employees.
- approve or disapprove actions involving the staff, social affairs, and working conditions.
- participate in all affairs which are regulated by the relevant law called "Personalvertretungsgesetz Berlin".
